I built Michigan CMO because I lived that moment repeatedly inside organizations across Michigan and Florida. I watched strong people burn out inside broken systems. I watched leaders carry pressure without clarity. I watched teams work hard without moving forward.
At some point I realized the truth.

Where my perspective comes from
My background spans leadership, psychology, brand architecture, operational strategy, and human behavior. I built my career inside environments where the stakes were high and the expectations even higher. Over the years I learned how people make decisions, how teams communicate, how trust erodes, and how alignment creates momentum that tactics never could.
I became obsessed with understanding what actually drives clarity in an organization. Not the theory. The truth behind the scenes that no one wants to admit. That obsession became the foundation for my work as a Fractional CMO.
